白昌明、博士、副研究员,2012年毕业于中国科学院动物研究所,获生态学博士学位,同年进入黄海水产研究所从事科研工作。2016~2020年任欧盟“地平线2020”贝类病害防控项目咨询专家,2019年起任世界动物卫生组织(OIE)贝类疫病易感宿主评估工作组成员。
他主要从事贝类疫病流行病学与生态防控研究,主要研究方向包括:
1.贝类常规疫病的流行病学调查和监测
2.新发疫病的诊断、鉴定、起源和传播途径研究
3.贝类主要病原致病机制和防控技术
近年来,围绕两种软体动物疱疹病毒——牡蛎疱疹病毒(OsHV-1)和鲍疱疹病毒(HaHV-1)的分子流行病学、株系分化和鉴别诊断,组织病理和亲嗜性以及与宿主相互作用等方面开展了大量研究工作,在Virology, Viruses, Diseases of Aquatic Organisms等病
